CONTRACTOR  -­  Who  will  I  trust  to  install  my  new  roof?

CONTRACTOR  STABILITY  -­  How  long  has  the  contractor  been  in  business?

CONTRACTOR  EXPERIENCE  -­  Does  the  contractor  specialize  in  roofing?

CONTRACTOR  OR  BROKER  -­  Is  the  contractor  directly  involved  in  all  aspects  of  my  project?

REFERENCES  -­  Is  the  contractor  willing  to  provide  a  comprehensive  list  of  references?

INSURANCE  -­  Are  the  contractor  and  installers  properly  insured  to  protect  my  interests?

INSTALLERS  -­  Who  does  the  contractor  provide  to  install  my  new  roof?

INSTALLER  EXPERIENCE  -­  Are  the  contractor's  installers  properly  trained?

WORKMANSHIP  WARRANTY  -  What  does  the  contractor  provide  for  a  Workmanship  warranty?

MATERIAL  WARRANTY  -­  What  is  the  specific  warranty  duration?  Is  it  pro-­‐rated?

LABOR  WARRANTY  -­  What  is  the  specific  labor  warranty  duration?  Is  it  pro-­‐rated?

WIND,  FIRE  &  HAIL  WARRANTY  -­  Does  the  warranty  cover  wind,  fire  and  hail?

MANUFACTURER  STABILITY  -  Who  is  backing  the  warranty?

TRANSFERABILITY  -­  What  if  I  sell  my  home?  Can  the  warranty  be  transferred?

CONTRACT  &  PRICING  ‐  Does  the  contractor  provide  a  written  contract  and  price  guarantee?

REPEAT  PROCESS  &  SPEND  MORE  -­  Do  I  want  to  repeat  this  process  and  spend  more  money  in  the next  5,  10,  15,  20  years?

REPRESENTATIVE  INTEGRITY  ­‐  Has  the  contractor  been  honest  and  provided  the  facts  I  need  to  make an informed  decision?  Has  the  contractor  been  straightforward  in  providing  all  above  information?
